A Message from our Founders

A Message from Our Founders, Nadine and Olin Wethington:

We are known to many as lifelong enthusiasts of the arts whose professional journeys have unfolded in distinct fields. In our respective careers, spanning international relations and finance, healthcare, and leadership, we have focused on supporting people and communities in their pursuit of well-being. And yet, music has intertwined within our lives and drawn us together for decades: Nadine as a singer, and Olin as a businessman with a penchant for having bold artistic ideas and bringing them to life. We have experienced the remarkable capacity of music to connect, elevate, and sustain us, and have recognized that music similarly contributes to all human flourishing. It bridges divides, communicates when words are insufficient, and serves as a lasting reminder of what is truly enduring.

EGC Productions was established out of our deep conviction that the world greatly benefits from voices that foster empathy, inspire generosity, and ignite creativity—principles that serve as the foundation of our organization. Our mission at EGC Productions extends beyond the presentation of concerts; we endeavor to curate meaningful musical experiences by uniting distinguished artists, exceptional and important repertoire, and audiences who seek depth, reflection, and joy.

Please join us on Sunday, May 3 at 7:00 PM, when we will present a chamber music concert, “Censored Voices: Silent No More”, featuring just four amazing instruments- the piano, cello, violin and the human voice. The program is designed to resonate within your spirit long after the final note has faded and features works by Russian-born composers who endured censorship, punishment and even exile during their lifetimes- because of their art. Through adversity and suppression, their music emerged as an enduring testament to beauty and power, demonstrating that the resilience of the human spirit cannot be silenced.
